We offer full cycle of model production. From scanning to CNC milling. Scanning is converting real life shapes to digital format. This is the fastest way to ensure precision and speed during model manufacturing process.
3D CAD Model preparation
The result after scanning is cloud of points which have to be converted into CAD drawing. In this stage many changes can be applied and changed as well es various fitments and other parts.
CNC milling + 3D Printing
We also offer CNC milling services for model making and mould production. After CAD drawing is completed, milling process can begin. We offer 3 types of foam for milling – OBO 302; 502; 700.
Mould production
Production of moulds from high quality fiberglass and mould resin. Moulds for: Fiberglass parts, moulds for vacuum infusion, 2/more part moulds, press moulds and termo forming moulds.
